As the 9st in the series that has been held Biennial since 2001, brings together leading engineers and scientists in Computer vision and image processing from around the world. Conference tries to provide new approaches in this field. Researchers, academia and industry professionals are cordially invited to submit original papers, workshop proposals, and participate in technical presentations. Industrial exhibitions are planned by the industry representatives as a side event to the conference.
